Zumo comes in at 7.5% Alpha Acids and is in your face of limes and oranges! This hop was used in Other Half’s Mexican Lager and Pliny for President by Russian River. With those two big name breweries using it, you know it’s gotta be good!

Of course it goes well in Mexican Lagers and IPAs. It would go well in anything you want lime flavor in or intense tropical flavors. I think a margarita inspired sour would work with this hop too! Maybe you don’t have the ability to lager and a summer time blonde with Zumo would be amazing.
