24lbs MCM Pilsner Malt
2lbs Carafoam

Hops:
1oz Simcoe @ First Wort
1oz Simcoe @ 15 min
1oz Simcoe @ 1min
1oz Simcoe @ 20 min hop stand @ 190

Dry Hops:
4oz Simcoe at end of diacetyl rest
