Sasquatch| Hop Sensory Analysis With Oil Creek Brewing

Sasquatch is a brand new Canadian grown hop. Being bred from wild stock, it’s naturally more disease-resistant and better adapted to Canadian climates than many imported varieties. The alpha acids on this hop are 6.2%. I’d recommend this a hazy ipa, American Lager, stout, and porter.
