Mosaic Lupomax| Hop Sensory Analysis With Oil Creek Brewing

We’ve already covered Mosaic T90, but I think in order to give it a fair shake we have to talk about Mosaic Lupomax too! Lupomax is a more concentrated pellet to t90. It’s approximately 60% stronger than its t90 variety.

As I’ve said before, Mosaic is hands down my favorite variety. This crop has that dank/weediness about it. It’s mango and guava heavy. I even pull a little of that blueberry aroma out of it. Mosaic is great in all styles of beers! Sours, Hazies, West Coast, Blondes, and Wheat Beer comes to mind.

Mosaic flavors are mango, pineapple, orange peel, and even blueberry occasionally. If you haven’t used it, do you even brew?

If you haven’t, you need to jump on the Lupomax train! The concentrated lupulin in these pellets is intense!
