This hazy IPA is overflowing with hop character… 51oz worth of hops to be exact! Bursting with an aroma of citrus and melon that you can smell as soon as you crack the tap. Flavors of citrus, pineapple, melon, and mango, a smooth creamy head and mouth feel. This beer is quickly becoming one of my favorites! Check out the recipe below!

Mash @ 152 for 60 min
Boil for 60min

16lbs Montana Craft 2 Row
8lbs Flaked Oats

4lbs White Wheat
2lbs Carapils Malt
1lbs Rice Hulls

HOPS:
1oz Magnum                   60min
2oz Krush                         1min
8oz Huell Melon             Whirlpool addition @ 165 for 20min
8oz Nelson Sauvin        Whirlpool addition @ 165 for 20min
8oz Krush                         Whirlpool addition @ 165 for 20min

DRY HOPS 4 days rouse hops with co2 every day for 10-15 seconds
