The Everyday German Pils: An Award Winning German Pilsner Recipe with Grounders Brewing

Light, crisp, and refreshing are just a few words you can use to describe this German Pils. This traditional single decoction German Pilsner features MCM Bavarian Pilsner malt with a pleasant aroma, cracker and honey-like malt character, and a dry, crisp finish balanced by firm Hallertauer bitterness that keeps you coming back for more. A soft, rounded malt backbone supports bright floral and herbal noble hop character, while the decoction adds depth, body, and a subtle touch of old world bread crust complexity that you just cannot get from a standard infusion mash. Cold fermented and properly lagered for peak clarity, it pours brilliant gold with dense white foam and drinks clean, snappy, and endlessly crushable, making it a true showcase of quality ingredients and classic German brewing technique.
